Alternatively, you can change the original start date to a later date provided you are still abroad and the request is made before the original policy start date.
Yes, you can change the start date to an earlier or a later date provided you are still abroad and the request is made before the original policy start (in case of postponing start date) or before the new policy start date (in case of advancing the start date). Please allow 1-3 working days to receive the revised policy documents. Changes to your policy start date on or after the original policy start date cannot be made.
